Ink

I work with ink quite often in my stories and sketchbooks, but also for art prompts and challenges like Inktober. I enjoy using prompts for inspiration even with independent projects like my graphic novel because they bring out playfulness and help me to approach serious subjects with more creativity and levity. Although I sometimes create art purely with ink, I also like combining it with other mediums like paint and graphite. The selection of work here shows the various ways I play with ink outside of my long-term projects.
