I worked as a content writer for many years, publishing blogs like "Tips for Moving with Your Cat,” but I'll spare you writing samples of that work, as brilliant as it was. I like telling stories better with art and imagination, such as the following projects.
The Drowning
I love graphic novels, so I wrote one of my own: a horror/romance that blends beauty and eeriness in the same vein as The Phantom of the Opera. It's about a predatory spirit, the Muse, who inspires brilliant music at the cost of drowning people, forcing a desperate musician to choose between writing world-famous songs or sparing the lives of strangers. The illustrations are in watercolor, ink, and graphite, and the text (not shown here) is digital.
Slice of Life
I started this sketchbook during the summer of 2025, aiming to practice portraiture and capture simple scenes in watercolor and ink. Over time, it increasingly became my sketchbook for nonfiction storytelling, too. You can see the full sketchbook here.

On Again, Off Again
I created this comic for Inktober 2024, combining tiny acrylic paintings with ink art. Each frame was inspired by a prompt, and since the prompts revolved around adventure, it ended up being a travelogue set in California with a romantic subplot.
